After studying graphic design in London, Claire began work as a designer for a textile company in the Midlands. Once freelance, Claire designed a variety of stationery, giftware and toys before becoming a children’s book illustrator.
Ten years ago she moved into the field of fine art by producing a series of paintings inspired by her love of the landscape and coastal areas of Britain. She uses acrylic paints, scratching, sanding and layering with a variety of other media in order to add texture.
We also hold mini Gicleé prints of all these originals. The actual print size is 150mm, plus mount. They are £25 each, unframed.
